my freezer started to go from -18 to -13 and fridge had ice forming so i switched whole thing off and let it fully defrost on turning back on my freezer will not shift from 14 (not minus) and my fridge will not shift from 12 any ideas??

Have had the rs21 for 3 years and last week fridge started making bad noises. Phoned samsung, their sending engineer tomorrow to replace part as they have common fault with this fridge. Also have extended the warranty to six years.

you probaly have the usual rs21 problem .. this is the early signs of further trouble ...
