my mondeo verona 1800 01 plate is leaking coolant from senaor on top of the thermostat could you please tell me what to do .also can this stop the radiator fan from working and when should the fan come on ...thanks

The later MK2 mondeos had a push fit sensor with an O ring rubber seal. The seal gives up after a lot of years and water leaks past it. It's worse at night when the engine is cold beacuse the plastic housing shrinks. To remove sensor, pull out the clip at the side then the sensor just pulls out. replace the O ring on the sensor or get a new sensor and push back in and lock with clip.
