Samsung RL36EBMS Freezer freezes and then turns off?

Samsung RL36EBMS Freezer freezes and then turns off. Just had the freezer defrost heater and PCB changed. Defrosted for 48 hours already and no ice was present. Fridge cooling at the moment. Any ideas??
