Dylan is still out of tune..I cleaned the plug, and dried and cleaned the coil. I wrapped the Ht lead in insulating tape. I took it for a spin, and at first couldn't get above 20mph (new symptom) it also jarred a little going through transmission.
Seven miles later and very 'gradually' up to full speed and no problems, never run better. Today, difficulties starting and also now cutting out at idle and difficult restarts.

i would try taking the exhaust off it and shaking it to see if there are loose bits in it as these ses 125's have a catyltic converter in the exhaust and they come loose and block the flow of air through the exhaust.i have cut several of them open before and taken out the badly damaged loose cat.
