SGIN seems to stand for "Sub Group Identification Number" in this context.
When you close exel, it's normal that it stops working as it's execution is linked to exel.
Probably at work, as there is no need for that at home.
If at home, uninstall that add-in or, at least, disable it.
If at work, you should refer to your IT manager or IT technician.
If you ARE the IT technician or manager, check if it's realy needed.
If it's realy needed, reinstall.
If not remove it.
