Tricity bendix dh200 dishwasher, not heating water?

My Tricity Bendix DH200 dishwasher is not heating water or drying dishes, similar to others on this site. Does anyone have info on accessing the element to replace it? the surface looks flush inside with no obvious element to unscrew or remove. Other than this, appliance working well!

Many thanks ck.

do the panels slide off or are there obvious screws to unfasten?
Is it necessary to drain the machine prior to tipping it on it's back?
By lid I assume you mean the top of the unit?

Sorry about the comeback questions, first time making this sort of repair.

Really appreciate the swift response.

lid off.looking from the front remove the right side panel.lay dishwasher on its back and remove the plastic base.element is the silver tube bit fastened to the rubber hose and the plastic top arm duct feed pipe.Common one is also to find the pcb in the fascia has bad solder joints on the heater relay that need resoldering or the track has fused and again needs repairing with a soldering iron
