mondeo 2003 ghia x 2-0 petrol?

my car has lost power to fuel pump and heated screen . wont start ? are they on the same fuse ???? help !!!!!

fuse 27 and relay 4 in engine bay also check fuel shut off switch located passenger side footwell under glove box on side press switch down (little window hole )
