Airbag/seatbelt light and service light on (wobbly seat)?

My 1.4 Renault Megane 53 plate. Driver seat seems to have become wobbly as if one side is out of the runners. Now airbag/seat belt light and service light has come on. Recently had a service last month

Any ideas?
