problems with my jet sprays or pump?

hi i have a citroen xsara and when i go to spray my windscreen the wipers come on but no water comes out and i cant hear the pump working , has a lead come out of the pump or do i need a new pump ?

probably motor frozen and fuse blown. replace fuse if blown and try again.
