where is a glow plug relay on a 1998 ford fiesta...it takes an age to start?

i have changed my plugs for new ones a new battery now am told that it is my glow plug relay. when driving my glow plug light comes on and off....where on my car would i find the glow plug relay...would really appriceate some help
