You'll need a tool kit to wind the caliper back into position to take the new pads

Peter, February 2011
Wheel off,undo 2 bolts,pull the calliper off,remove old pads,wind back piston,fit new pads
Simplistic overview but they are easy to do with the wind back tool available for less than £20

Hope you don't have a swear box nearby, as these are a pig to do.
Matt's right, you need a wind back tool, from a VW or Audi to push in the calipers.
It's a pig to do, and you need a lot of patience, if you have the money a mechanic can do both for about a quarter of dealerships.
Good Luck!
