Belling 643SS fan oven stopped getting hot?

My Belling 643SS Serial No 20022206153 fan oven has stopped getting hot. The fan is working fine, but the oven stays completely cold. The top oven/grill is working okay, and the hob is too. The clock is also set. The oven is over 8 years old and I can't find it on Belling's spares site. Is it a problem I can fix? What is the problem and how can I fix it please?

its the element that the fan cools ,it lives at the rear of the oven, remove the trays,at the rear of the oven there is a plate, its held on by norm 4 screws, remove these, then you will see the element, its held on by three screws, remove these, then remove the two screws that hold element to oven back panel, turn all power off before working on the oven, some elements are held in place with screws, some have nuts and bolts,if yours have nuts and bolts, then you will have to take oven out of the housing, and remove the back panel,
