How to control the output of Creda 79151?

My Creda 79151 is hot at 4.00am but is only warm in the evening when I am home. Is there a way to controll it?

turn output to minimum until you need the heat,turning output up opens a flap inside which allows more heat out. are you sure that the economy 7 timeclock is switching at the correct times,also feel heater is heating evenly from left to right
