my zanussi progress 1200 is showin e20 and will not drain?

the display board stops on 5 mins left and shows e20 and will not progress with the wash or drain , any tips on how to solve this or is it completely broke ?

remove the filter bottom right and clean it out.could be something jammed in the drain pump impeller or a blockage in the drain hose.
