My cleaner wont dispense cleaner and the brush wont turn. How do I fix this on my cleaner . I tried taking it apart and didnt see anything wrong. I need help.
It sounds like your belt is broken or spinning free. Check the Bissell user guide for instructions to check and replace the belt.
