Leisure Range Cooker - conventional oven not working?

This unit is only a month old and the conventional (right hand ) oven will not heat up. The interior light does not come on and the little red indicator on the control also doesnt come on. Before calling out the supplier does anyone have an idea?

Follow up - resistance check on the heating element indicate that this is OK
