Heater Blower Not working on my Renault Laguna 1996?

My Heater blower just stopped to work All the fuses are okbut the thing wont work I have checked the motor on the blower and it seems to be ok

Had a smailar problem on my clio last winter took it in to a gearage said something about the switch box had gone didnt have any clicks when i turned heater on and the wire had frayed as well
