you have to find open circuit on detectors or bell then reset your panel and it will work
if you cant find the open circuit then put a wire link across 24 hr tamp terminals or if this doesnt clar it it may be an open circuit from the bell tamper switch
if its from the bell then put a wire link across the 0v terminal and tamper return or tamp or scb terminal
