sewing machine wont pick up thread?

I have a lervia sewing machine had to change needle now wont pick up bobbin thread I have checked it and its threaded properly need help thanks

Make sure you have the needle in the correct way round to begin with, failing that you may need to retime the machine, if you type my address as you say it not as you see it I will attach instructions.
