My machine stopped mid-cycle and displayed the message 'door'. the answer is not in the manual, so my assumption was that the machine thought the door was not shut. after many attempts of opening and closing door the finally got it going again by wiping the seals, great. now I have an error message 'PC', again this is not in the manual, have tried pressing the on/off button and the reset button but nothing works, can anyone help. thanks
