I interrupted the Dishwasher mid-cycle to add another item and when I closed the door it wouldn't re-start. Now the machine won't fill or empty. I have tried switching it on and off at the wall and choosing a different cycle. When I pause it "Pd" comes up and when I open the door I get "do.
