is the engine turning at all?do you just get a click?do you have plenty a/freeze in your coolant system?feel your hoses if they are solid thaw out your engine gradually,do not start till it is thawed out,check there is a 12v feed to the small wire on the starter when you turn key to start,and you could also try turning engine by hand to make sure it isnt frozen up or seized,just some things to look at good luck
