Our washing machine has stuck on the pre-wash cycle for some reason. Used it a few days ago and it had completed its wash cycle at that time but come to use it today and stuck on this pre-wash cycle.
Have held start button to see if will reset but will not. have turned off at mains also but no luck.
Any advice would be appreciated.
