i have a R reg Astra and the brake pedel is stuck solid, i have tried moving the car but it seems like the brakes are locked on,

it is more likely to be rear brakes/h/brake frozen on,check there is not a build up of ice at rear drums where the cables go through the back plate,had loads of these lately and not a pleasant job in this weather,if you get it freed off and it is parked on the flat just leave it in gear with brakes off in future

i can take off the handbrake, its just the pedel, it wont budge at all,
