put you fingers under the bottom edge of the stainless inner drum at 6 o clock between the door gasket and try lift the drum upwards to 12 o clock.Any movement up/down here is bearing failure or broken drum shaft.also lay you hand flat on the stainless drum and rock it from side to side any noise or vibration/rumble again suggest drum bearing failure
