remove the draw completely from the machine.remove the blue bit in the conditioner compartment and make sure the hole underneath isn't blocked up.with the draw out look inside the soap draw compartment up at the top where the holes are for the water to come in to the conditioner compartment and make sure they aren't blocked up with black mould.if they are blocked you might be able to poke them out BUT sometimes you have to change the plastic part with holes in
