Whirlpool 6th sense Whirlpool condenser Dryer AWZ7913 all the red lights?

Whirlpool 6th sense Whirlpool condenser Dryer AWZ7913 all the red lights are showing and the machine simply will not work. lights lit up are for the "empty water bottle" "clean the filter" and "clean the heat exchanger". i have cleaned everything and cannot get it to work. what do you suggest.

6 o-clock > Start button 3 times > Turn once clockwise (so its on airing) > Start button 3 more times.

I tried this when I had the same problem and Hey Presto it worked , brilliant saved me a call out charge. Couldn't believe how easy it was, why don't they include this in the manufacturing instructions?

Got it. Step 1. Turn off the dryer and pull out the plug for one hour. Then put the plug in. Step 2. Turn dial clockwise to 6 o'clock, push the start button 3 times. Then turn dial one more step clockwice (7 o'clock) and push the start button 3 times. Viola !!! Nb!! The reason that this happend is often that there is a lot of wet dust in the way to the condence outlet hose, and the hose can be blocked. You should clean pipes behind the covers on the right of the low back side, and also remove the dust upon the heat element behind the cover on the midt back side. All to be done by hand and a torx screwdriver. If you dont clesn this, Im afraid you will get the same problem soon again. Mine is a AZC 6570.

Thank you. Just had the same problem and fixed it - although "turn switch down" was a little too imprecise for me. Maybe "turn main control knob so that the indicator is at the bottom, press START 3 times, turn knob clockwise one click and the press START 3 times again. BRILLIANT - oh and Whirlpool you suck because no-one on your customer service team knew how to help.

Had the same problem, tried the sequence - it didn't work, tried giving it a really good clean out and saw that the bit from the filter is all blocked too (and its impossible to get the stuff out) so used a long handled kitchen scubber, poured half a mug of water down after to was the stuff out (it's where the water goes anyway so just ran into bottle) then tried the code again and it worked. Would be nice if whirlpool would tell you these things instead of trying to cost you a fortune to fix something you can fix yourself, thieving multi-corporations!!!!

I had to reset it according a 'secret' Whirlpool code (turning the switch down, press 3 times start, turning it one to the left, and again 3 times start). Which i did, and now it works, without any repair.
just done mine and its working again now

it is something to do with the heat exchanger the repair man turned mine to 6th sense pressed it a few times then to airing pressed it and it reset sorry i cannot remember the exact sequance if you have any luck on finding can you please post as mine has done it again thank you
