my 2003 peugeot 406 iesel wont start , it runs when easy start is sprayed into air intake, its been minus 10 continuosly for several days , is diesel freezing? is there a water trap? if aye where is it?

try and get a hot air gun onto the filter and piping if you are parked near your house
