if it is the mk 3 then it is the poassenger footwell on the left hand side you need to remove the trim that runs right from the rear of the door down to the front just under the dash if you pull at the top of the panel under the dash the clips should pull out and you can pull it back to reveil a small black box with a red button on the top
when it is allowing the fuel through the red button is fully depressed but when the button is at the top then it cuts off flow if this is the case then just push it back down
