Please help - drum is not rotating - however if I push the drum it starts to rotate freely is this a motor fault are is the capacitor

if you push the drum and it then rotates until it changes direction it will 99% be the capacitor at fault.to gain access to the capacitor the whole back,heater,fan and drum has to be removed.total strip out.
TIP:- note where all wires go or take a photo before disconnecting wires
