Boiler turned itself off earlier and when tried to ignite it it powered for about 10 seconds and then switched off. This has been repeated many times. Outside condensing pipe is clear. Cannot find a plumber/heating engineer who will fix condensing combi boilers. Please help as I am a pensioner who is freezing.
Have you tried to 'reset' the boiler? On some boilers the Heating or Hot Water selector switch can be turned for a few seconds to reset the system...Hope this helps.
