Water must be going somewhere. Does the pressure go up more than 0.5 bar when the central heating gets hot?. If so, recharge the expansion vessel, (the overpressure valve will lift and let of water to protect the system - if the expansion vessel is flat only a small amount of water loss will cause a big pressure drop).

Otherwise you need to find the leak.
