Hour chimes do nt stop on Westminster. ?

My old clock has, i believe, been over wound on the chimes and now when they start they do not stop.

Can anyone help

1 the stop peg on the strike counter has broke off
2 the stop peg on the governor wheel broken

the clock workings will need to be removed to fix this peg problem, as the counter part is locate on the front inside of the clock (therefore not visible) till clock out
