remove n/s parcel shelf to locate heater control valve,the outer cable sheathing is bad for sliding through the clip which secures it to the control and sometimes sticks shut,usually use a cable tie to help fix it,when secure operate your control and make sure the valve is opening/closing ok,worth a look good luck
