I've got a Ford Ka 2006 model. I had a bicycle rack on the rear of the car and accidentaly switched the rear window wiper on. The rack stopped the wiper arm midway through it's motion, ever since then, I've never been able to get the rear wiper to work. The fuse appears to be fine. When switching the rear wiper on there is no noise coming from the wiper motor at all. Any advice on my best course of action?
