how do i change the heating element in the bottom oven

are you talking about the fan element?
remove the metal back plate from inside the oven cavity.The one covering the fan blade.this will expose the element.remove screws from element and carefully pull the element away from the back with the wires attached.disconnect wires and refit a new one in reverse
