Beko Condenser Sensor Reservoir Full Light Comes on?

We have a Beko Condenser Sensor Tumble Dryer. When we try to run a cycle it goes for about 20 seconds before it stops and the water tank full light comes on. We've emptied the reservoir and I've checked the condenser itself. There seemed to be an amount of ice on the outside of the condenser box (we keep the dryer in the garage) which I removed, but it's still doing it

Just the job. Took off the panel, and could see the ice in the pump compartment. Gave it a 3-4 minute burst with a hairdryer and it's running like clockwork again. I think a move into the conservatory is on the cards for the tumbler

Thanks ck

there is a pump in the back that pumps water up in to the bottle.if it is frozen this could be the issue.put the dryer in a warm room for 24hrs and then retry.if this fails to solve issue you need to check the pump by removing the small panel at the back on the right.pump could be jammed or electrically faulty
