Any size close to the original specification will do - capacitors often have a tolerance variation of as much as 20% so 138mFd versus 150 mFd hardly matters.
There are two other ratings - temperature and Voltage - in a saw you can very probably ignore temperature but if in doubt about the capacitor specification look for the same or higher voltage rating - the voltage spikes the capacitor can withstand before destroying itself.
Hobby electronic shops sell capacitors - quite inexpensive.
