Door fell off now the temperature won't work correctly?

My partner managed to knock the door off its hinges yesterday. Put it back on and now today I have noticed the fridge isn't so cold and some food in the freezer is starting to defrost. The noise that normally comes from the fridge doesn't seem to be happening. The light is not playing up inside the fridge.

Model - Hotpoint FF175B.

how long was the door left off and running?.might be an idea to totally defrost it for 24hrs in case ice has built up somewhere causing your issue.Auto defrost can only get rid of so much so a total manual defrost would be the way to go.If the appliance doesn't come back to temperature after defrost you have an issue!
