my zanussi tc 470 does not get hot.if its the element does anybody know how to replace it and how much.

remove the back panel to access the heater.remove the screws holding the heater to the back panel and look at the back of the heater cartridge.Is there a pin in the mddle of one of the stats?.if so press it in and then reassemble and try again
