As long as you haven't had any liquid spillage in the keyboard, then you may have one from the faulty batch. There was a recall on some keyboards due to them losing functions. Loss of numbers on the numeric pad is common when this happens. Contact a local Sharp dealer to see if they are still recalling them and have it checked.
