New Kenwood Dishwasher KDW60X10 not heating ?

I have just bought a new Kenwood dishwasher KDW60x10 from Currys. I have connected the appliance correctly - however i have ran 3 cycles P7, P7 & P3 and the dishes end up wet, Cold and unwashed. I need some help after all Kenwood Ltd do not make these things....
