bosch wte 69 .why won't my drier start?

my machine panel lights up but when i press the flashing start button it does'nt start.

My drier is working but keeps turning itself off we have a flashing dot at the side of the timer I think its something to do with time delay you any ideas please

there is a pin on the door which press,s in when you close door check its not snapped off
