fuel fault 2001 dw8 engine?

When driving my 1.9 diesel citroen belingo up a hill or i suddenly accelerate the engine rattle, it stops rattling when back on a straight road. could this be one of the fuel injectors faulty or blocked.iTS A BIT SLUGGISH UNTIL YOU ARE BACK ON A STRAIGHT ROAD THEN THE ENGINE PICKS UP SPEED.
