Hoptpoint SWD60 heater failure?

Last night this dishwasher blew its 13a plug fuse, tripped the ring main CB and left a smell of burning in the kitchen. This morning, with a new 13a fuse, it works but won't heat up. I suspect the heater has failed but wonder if it could be anything else. Any ideas? If it is the heater, can new ones be obtained and are they difficult to replace?

Thanks mm. Confirmed heater failure with burn marks near the contacts. Suspect it's cheaper to buy the part and replace it myself rather than pay labour costs.
