Hi, Just trying to solve my next problem when I saw this. I had same problem and found that the rubber 'propeller' that pumps the water up to the tank was split. The pump is at the back, behind the condensor unit. I found it easy to replace the whole unit as the float looked a bit dodgy as well. Cost about £20 but did the trick. Access is all at the back, no need to strip the dryer down.Good luck
