Delicate 50 degree light flashes during normal cycle?

Hotpoint Aquarius FD160 dishwasher.

The crockery etc is clean but no drying cycle activated.

Have checked the waste pipe for blockages and cleaned the filter housing, which wasn't clogged up.

Water is in the base of the drain hole - any help appreciated please?
