Okay, This is our 2nd Refrigerator in 1 year that had the same problem. Our GE Profile Refrigerator with Freezer on bottom (sorry can't find the Product Number) has a problem of Freezing but not keeping the refrigerator/icebox/top section cold (yes same as the other one). Could it be a Electrical Outage Problem? I was about to unscrew the back and check all the repair advices but I really need to know if I should because our last Refrigerator was seen by a tech/repairman and it still did the same thing. I don't understand. This refrigerator is 2 months old. Can someone please help me. I'm tired of buying a Refrigerator and It will still do the same thing. Please Please put all the answers you can give and I will try all of it. I'm just a mom, but I am willing to be a repair technician to save money. Please and Thank You for your time.
