power reaching the shower but doesn't seem to reach the motor. shower not working at all. no power light on. do I need to buy a new motor for it or a new shower?

this shower don't have a motor.
how did you check for power ?
if you checked live to earth its more likely a neutral fault.
check the neutral.
more likely a fault on the pullcord side (neutral)
