how do I find & fix a heating problem on a BEKO condenser dryer?

where is the heating element & thermostat. How do I get to them.
Thanks Ron

remove the back panel to expose the element.poor heat/drying is a known issue if the dryer is in a cold room!.stats are attached to the element and are part of the element so if faulty will have to be replaced as a complete element. Some of these models now have a resettable stat attached to the element.if so just press it and see if it clicks
